Kiwi strolled into Mirror's Tavern, sizing up the crowd. She had come here to stir up the crowd and wanted to make sure there weren't any government lackeys around. She walked over to a empty table (which was rare at Mirrors, especially this time of the day) and climbed on top of it, swishing her hair out of her face.
"HEY!" Kiwi yelled into the crowd, some people turned to look but others just ignored her which fueled her anger. "Are all of you just going to ignore and deal with the government shutting down Eastern Gate? I haven't seen any action take against them! Are you just going to sit around while they take away your homes and all you have worked for here? Some of you call yourselves rebels, but it seems to me like you are just sitting around while things fall apart! Am I the only one who is fucking pissed about the whole situation? So what if a few things are broken are falling apart...isnt it the government's job to fix them? Why did they even build this Gate if they were just going to let it fall apart?" She sighed, no one seemed to be here that really understood her situation.

It would be stupid for Mirror to tell Kiwi that she felt the same, she was already in enough trouble as is with her age, she wouldn’t want to give the government any reason to snoop around in her place more so then they already were. So rather then vocally replying at all, Mirror simply stopped serving drinks and shot glares at anyone who dare disagree.
“Oy, Kiwi. If you want ta’ get ‘yer point ‘cross. I might suggest ya’ use me’ in’nercom.” As she said this, Mirror pulled out a small microphone attached to an earpiece. Back when Mirror first got full control over the tavern, she had tried various stage shows to draw more people in. Wired to not only play in her bar, the intercom also played the voice just outside of her tavern and usually could carry around the market on quieter days. Yet the poor quality of shows and the low number of residents quickly snuffed out that idea. The intercom system was just the remnants of the idea.

Standing on top of the table, Kiwi smiled towards Mirror. "Good idea." She jumped down and jogged over to the bar and took the the intercom from Mirror. "Thanks." She winked and then climbed on top of the bar. "So is there anyone out there that agrees with me or are you all just going to stand around while the government takes away your home?" She put her hands on her hips and looked out into the crowd that now finally gave her its attention.

Krenz walked in quickly upon hearing Kiwi over the intercom in the hallway. He climbed upon the table and yelled out in response.
"I'm with you Kiwi! This shit is unfair!" He took out one of his small swords out of the sheath and lifted it in the air. "For some of us, we call Eastern Gate our home. And I say there’s no way in hell that it is fair of them to take it away from us!”

“This is all very well an’ good, but could ye’ both get off my fuckin’ furniture?!” Mirror scowled at the both of them through her smirk. If people wanted to agree, that was great, but you don’t need to get on a table to say yes. “So what do ya’ ‘rebels’ thinkin’ of doin’ ta’ save our precious station?”

She jokingly glared down at Mirror, "Hey I am not the tallest person in the world. People can see me better up here." She turned her attention back to the crowd, "We have this anger right? Well we all need to put it to something useful, we can't just run over to the government building right now and start a battle and expect to win. This is only the beginning of a war between us. But right now we have to admit that they have more technology than most of us do and more powerful weaponry. I came here today because I felt like no one was doing anything worth while. We need to all join together and plan something that will really get the government's attention. We need to join all of our forces and our strength and fight against them!" She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, this was definitely going to be a long night

Krenz got off of the table in response to Mirror's request and decided to stand by Kiwi, well...off the table that is. He still kept his sword at his side. He then decided to shout...
"I don't know about you, but I'll do anything to protect Eastern Gate! This is my home! And I won't let them take it away from me!" He then turned to Kiwi to whisper to her. "Got anything in mind?"

Mirror resumed serving drinks and turned some quiet background music on in a half-hearted attempt to make everything seem more casual and less like the rebels were finally planning something. Trying, and failing miserably, to look nonchalant, Mirror made her way over to the slowly growing group gathered around Kiwi. “Can’t say I can do much on the frontlines o’ yer’ lil’ gatherin’, but I know all the gossip down ta’ the rat’s whisper’s if ya’ be needin’ info.”

Kiwi jumped down to sit on the bar and took of the intercom earpiece, it seemed like a big enough group and she had already made her speech. Now it was time for planning. "Well I haven't really thought of any specific things yet, but earlier today I talked to my sister Dusty who is the Major here and tried to get some info from her. But she ended up being a bitch so it didn't work as well as I thought it would." She sighed and looked out into the crowd to see if she recognized anyone. She knew Krenz from earlier today...but it didn't seem like anyone else she knew was out there. She shrugged and said, "So I guess I am really up for ideas from all of you."

Krenz kind of cocked his head and looked up at her.
"You mean to tell me you got up on that table, made a speech..." Krenz cleared his throat and swallowed and then began to somewhat whisper again. "And you haven't got any ideas?"
He looked up at her again, "Like at all?"

“Bunch of fuckin’ geniuses I got savin’ my home.” Mirror muttered as she disappeared into the back room for a moment, then returned with a tray full of various drinks that she began to had out to the crowd. Maybe people would think better if they loosened up a bit, plus they were in a bar and no one was drinking anymore. Not good for business.

She sighed and rested her head in her hands "No not really, I was just really pissed about the whole thing and wanted to let it out somewhere." She shrugged and brought her head back up, "People just need to begin gathering information. Like where does the government keep its weapons? What are the government people's shifts?" She looked behind to Mirror and grabbed one of the offered drinks "Perhaps you could figure some of that out." She took a sip of the drink and looked back to the crowd, "All of you know what you are good at, and what you have access to. All of you need to think about what could help or hinder us. I cant be the only one to think of things, each of you have your own brain."

Krenz took a drink off of the tray Mirror hand and thanked her. He sat down in a chair right next to the table.
"Well... Mirror... what exactly can you tell us... " Krenz asked, knowing her to being useful with information. "I mean... you're the best when it comes to information in Eastern Gate." He lifted his glass as though making a speech to drink to.

Mirror made a ‘pff’ noise under her breath and rested a hand on her hip. “Pu-lease, ya’ really think I dun’ already know storage info and shifts? It’s not like ya’ ‘ave ta’ be an info’ gov’ boy like that bastard Anthong ta’ know shit like that.” With all the drinks gone from the tray, she quickly flipped it over and hit a few choice spots. Within moments multiple files popped up on the makeshift screen, most slightly blurry and with various holes in the documents, but it was the requested information none the less. “But I wanna ‘ear a plan ‘fore I hand thiese ova’.”

Kiwi sighed "I'm not a mind reader people you have to help me out! I can try to get more information out of my sister once she isn't on duty. But I don't know what all of you can do." She looked back to Mirror and reached out for the holoboard with the information she needed.
