Tree Hugging, or something like it.

It was around evening time, well what had appeared to be evening time; being that the lighting in the forest had grown dim.

Surveying the area of the forest, Clawrence noticed no one around, so he sighed and nestled himself against a tree trunk, and closed his eyes. It had been a tiring day for him.

"I wonder what type of tree this is, let alone if it came from somewhere, like Earth," he thought, "What if it isn't real and one of those fake plants? Hm..."

He looked up, and placed his hand on the the bark of the tree, and his hand started to glow. In response, the tree bark glowed in return.
He smiled faintly, "I could live here..."

He leaned his head against the trunk again.

Realizing she had fallen asleep for a long time on the bench by the water fountain-like waterfall, Karuri fell off the bench awaking. She rubbed her eyes and looked around, she noticed the lights in 'Foreign' had gone dim.

Ahhh she thought to herself. I Slept here all afternoon...

She turned and saw an adorable looking man hugging a tree. Awww she thought to herself what a cute looking man...and he's hugging a tree. She attempted to get up on her feet, but lost her balance, falling into the nearby large pond produced by the miniature waterfall.

"Eee!"

Splash!

Clawrence flinched as he heard a faint splash in the distance.

There's a pond here?

He looked up and saw nothing, but indeed, there was water spurting out from something several feet away.

"Ah, but I swear I heard someone here..." he said outloud to himself, raising his voice a little, in case there was someone there, listening.

Karuri started climbing out of the pond, soaking wet. She looked up to see the adorable boy again and blushed. She grabbed ahold of the side of the bench, attempting to get out. Her long wavy brown hair broke loose from it's ponytail and swooped parcially in the front and back of her.

Noticing that there was indeed someone there, he stood up and smiled to himself, and walked closer.

"Ahem," he coughed into his fist, "Pardon me, but is it a little to late for swimming?"

[karuri]

"I ... fell in..." She said looking up at him, blushing, quite embarrassed.

[clawrence]

"Oh, I'm sorry to see that. Here, let me help you", he held out his hand, with a kind smile, for her to reach.

[karuri]

Karuri reached out and grabbed his hand. She smiled sheepishly, feeling embarrassed. She was soaking wet from head to toe.

[clawrence]

Pulling her up, he steadied her carefully, in order for her not to loose her ballance.

He then noticed her pointy ears, and being peculiar, he asked,
"Would your ears prick me if I touched them?"

[karuri]

"Heehee, No" She smiled, "I'm half elf, it's just a trait I've inherited, my ears aren't sharp or anything"
She sat down on the bench, soaking wet, dripping from head to toe. She blushed a bit at the cute boy, not only because he was cute, but because she was so embarrassed that something had to happen to her like that in front of such a cute boy.

[clawrence]

"Ah... " he leaned his forefinger against his cheek.
"Er... mind if I touch them? Or would you feel uncomfortable?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.

[karuri]

Karuri smiled, admiring his curiosity.

"No, I don't mind, go right ahead" She said calmly, pulling her long hair back behind her ears.

[clawrence]

"Alright..."

He hesitantly, brought his hand close to her ear. He patted the tip of her ear gently with the forefinger.

"Oooo, it tickles..." His mouth grew a wide smile.

[karuri]

Karuri giggled.
"It tickles you?" She giggled and smiled, "Hehe, it tickles me."

She flinched a bit, feeling ticklish. She smiled, but blushed a little.

"What's your name?"

[clawrence]

Clawrence immediately stopped touching Karuri's ears.

"Oh dear! I'm so sorry for not introducing myself at first!"

He bowed down low, in order for her not to see the slight flush that grew in his face.

"My name is Clawrence, and yours?" He then lifted his head, and stared into her eyes.
